Our skilled team was responsible for the development of a healthcare partnership which formed the first distinctly operational joint venture between a US-based health system and a long established Mexican hospital. At the time this was quite unconventional, but this visionary and 'out-of-the-box' move resulted in the eventual development in Mexico of eight hospitals, several other health-related companies, a foundation for underserved populations, the first Joint Commission International accredited hospital in all of Mexico, recognition as the highest quality medical care provider in Mexico and the creation of such a strong platform that the US health system now is actively engaged in expanding to other countries in Latin America.

The RMHA team recently counseled an international medical school regarding their objective to build a dedicated teaching hospital and is currently engaged in advising on operational and clinical interface improvements for a very large private hospital in Mexico.
